AKS Training was featured in a recent promotional video of the Northamptonshire County Council. In it, our Director, Stuart Phelan, speaks about our partnership working the local authority and CITB. Our partnership responds to the growing skill gap faced by the county’s construction industry, and provides funded construction training for those who find training fees a barrier to entry for work. So far, we have trained and placed over fifty learners into employment.
